• All prices listed are per night in Euros without food arrangement, exclusive of resort tax and exclusive of end-of-stay cleaning.
• The resort tax amounts to € 3.50 per person & day and is to be paid directly on site.
  Children and young people up to the age of 15 do not pay the resort tax.
• The final cleaning fee of €140.00 or €80.00 for Apartment ONE will be charged once per stay.

Additional services that can be booked at Habicher Hof next door are limited. Especially during peak season times, at Christmas, New Year's Eve and during Carnival season, some services may not be available because the hotel is fully booked. Please note that additional services such as breakfast, half board and day spa are therefore subject to availability, on selected dates and on request. It is best to let us know additional services already when booking or sending a request and we will be happy to inform you about availability.

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount must be paid and transferred within 5 days. We kindly ask you to pay the total amount during your stay at Falkners Five Apartments. The following payment options are available:

• Maestro or Visa card accepted

• Cancelation free of charge up to 32 days prior to arrival. You get your money back or can rebook free of charge (subject to prior agreement and availability).
   
• From 31 to 15 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee of 60% of the total price
• From 14 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of the total price
• Non-refundable or non-cancellable bookings will be charged in full.
• For bookings via external providers such as Booking.com or Feratel, the cancellation terms of the respective portals apply.
• Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and will be subsequently confirmed in writing. Telephone inquiries are not considered binding on our part and must be paid for separately in the event of a dispute.
• Special requests not defined in advance - such as extra beds or the use of sofa beds by additional people, child cots, pets etc. - will be charged separately on site.
   
• We also recommend that you take out Europäische Reiseversicherung travel insurance – it also covers travel interruption etc. in the event of a Covid-19 disease.

• Check-in from 3.00 pm either in person or via self check-in. We deposit the key card in our key box in the garage and the code to open the key box will be sent to you prior to arrival.
• Check-out between 8.00 am and 10.00 am (by arrangement).

In our children's playroom in the basement there is lots of fun for the youngest guests. Kids love Nintendo Switch with new games, table football and much more. There are also some games for our very youngest guests - perfect for toddlers.
