The apartments can also be reached via elevator. Both apartments have two bedrooms each with double box spring beds and a spacious, modern bathroom incl. shower and toilet.
Apartment № TWO has two spacious terraces - one south-east facing sun terrace and one north-west facing terrace for lovely summer evenings. Both terraces are fully furnished and partly covered.
At apartment № FOUR there are also two covered and fully furnished terraces - one facing the sunny south-east side and one facing the north-west.

Our Apartments № Three and Five in Oetz at the entrance to Ötztal can be found on the first or second floor, they are easily accessible via elevator. They offer a very sunny, open living-dining-cooking area and fully equipped kitchen including pull-out couch and pine wood sauna with integrated infrared heater directly adjacent to the living area. The apartments have two bedrooms each with double box spring beds and a spacious, modern bathroom incl. shower and toilet.
Apartment № THREE has two terraces. One faces the southwest, it is covered and fully furnished. The second terrace faces the northwest and is ideal for cooling off after a hot sauna session.
In our Apartment № FIVE you can relax on a south-west facing, fully furnished and covered terrace.
