Actual cancellation terms
- Cancelation free of charge up to 32 days prior to arrival. You get your money back or can rebook free of charge (subject to prior agreement and availability).
- From 31 to 15 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee of 60% of the total price
- From 14 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee of 90% of the total price
- Non-refundable or non-cancellable bookings will be charged in full.
- For bookings via external providers such as Booking.com or Feratel, the cancellation terms of the respective portals apply.
- Any changes to your booking must be made in writing and will be subsequently confirmed in writing. Telephone inquiries are not considered binding on our part and must be paid for separately in the event of a dispute.
- Special requests not defined in advance - such as extra beds or the use of sofa beds by additional people, child cots, pets etc. - will be charged separately on site.
- We also recommend that you take out Europäische Reiseversicherung travel insurance – it also covers travel interruption etc. in the event of a Covid-19 disease.
